This Privacy Policy applies to our Ticket Tailor store and informs you about the processing of your Personal Data when you use our shop and Services. This policy is supplemental and nothing in this policy is intended to contradict or limit the applicability of the information provided in Ticket Tailor`s Privacy Policy.
As such, this policy sets out how Personal Data is managed and dealt with in order to ensure that the obligation to fulfil individuals’ reasonable expectations of privacy is applied and followed.
General information and mandatory disclosures
a) What is Personal Data?
Personal Data is any information relating to personal or material circumstances that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes, for example, your name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, or telephone number as well as online identifiers. In contrast, information of a general nature that cannot be used to determine your identity is not Personal Data.

"Processing" means and covers virtually any handling of data.
c) Responsible for data processing

d) What law applies?
Our use of your Personal Data is subject to the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet Algemene Verordening gegevensbescherming) (“UAVG”), and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and of course we process your Personal Data accordingly.
e) Principles of data processing
Your Personal Data will only be used in context of your customer relationship with us and to the extent permitted by law, or on the basis of your prior express consent. As such Personal Data is only processed if at least one of the following circumstances apply:
to provide our contractual services and services;
processing is required by law;

on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation and security of our store).
f) Scope of the processing of Personal Data
As a matter of principle, we only collect and use Personal Data from you insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional Ticket Tailor store and our content and services.
General Principles
a) Security
We have implemented numerous security measures (“technical and organizational measures”) for example encryption or need to know access, to ensure the most complete protection of Personal Data processed through this website.
Nevertheless, internet-based data transmissions can always have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. And databases or data sets that include Personal Data may be breached inadvertently or through wrongful intrusion.

b) Retention and Storage
We store your data for contract processing. After expiration of this period, we retain the information of the contractual relationship required by Commercial Law and Fiscal Regulations and others for up to 8 years. For this period, the data will be processed again solely in the event of an audit by the tax authorities, for economic and tax audit purposes and for the investigation of possible criminal offences.
c) Accuracy
We endeavor to ensure that all decisions involving your Personal Data are based upon accurate and timely information. However, we rely on you to disclose all relevant information to us and to inform us of any changes in your Personal Data. As such, please disclose all relevant information necessary for us to provide services to you and ensure all information submitted to us is up-to-date, complete, and accurate. d) Minors

For the operation of our store and for the processing of payments of tickets and the delivery of tickets, we work jointly with Ticket Tailor.
If we use service providers in third countries, we take additional measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of Personal Data and thus ensure that the transfer is generally permissible and that the special requirements for a transfer to a third country are met (e.g., by concluding standard contracts and additional guarantees, supplementary technical and organizational measures such as encryption or anonymization).
We may also need to disclose your data to third parties or government agencies within the framework of existing data protection laws if we are legally obliged to do so.
h) Marketing
Insofar as you have also given us your consent to process your Personal Data for marketing and advertising purposes, we are entitled to contact you for these purposes via the communication channels you have given your consent to.

a) General
We may collect and process the following data which may contain Personal Data:
information that you provide by filling in forms, including information provided at the time of your purchase,
details of transactions you carry out through our store;
if you contact us, a record of that correspondence.
b) Purchasing Tickets
To provide our store, we use the services of Ticket Tailor, who process the data mentioned below and all other data that is processed in connection with the operation of our Ticket Tailor store on our behalf. The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest in providing our store. We would like to point out that this policy does not replace Ticket Tailor`s Privacy Policy and merely supplements it when you use our services through Ticket Tailor.
c) Contacting us
If you contact us, we process the following data from you for the purpose of processing and handling your enquiry: Name, contact details -if provided by you- and your message. The legal basis for the data processing is your consent and the preparation or initiation of a contract, insofar as it is necessary to answer your questions.
d) Order processing
For the conclusion, execution of your orders, we process Personal Data from you. This includes for example: First name, last name, E-mail address, Invoice and payment confirmation, telephone number, if applicable. Order processing includes, among other things, the sending of electronic order confirmations and invoices as well as customer service, if so required. The legal basis for processing is the conclusion of a contract.
e) Administration, financial accounting, office organization, contact management
We process data in the context of administrative tasks as well as organization of our store, financial accounting, and compliance with legal obligations. As such, we process the same data that we process in the course of providing our contractual services. The legal bases for processing are our legal obligations and our legitimate interest.

d) Access Request
In the event you want to make a Data Subject Access Request, please contact us. We will respond to requests regarding access and correction as soon as reasonably possible. Should we are not able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days, we will tell you why and when we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we will tell you why.
e) Who is the competent data protection authority?
You have the right to complain about our processing of Personal Data to a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.
